Tree Warden
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (MGL), Chapter 87, Public Shade Tree Law, Section 3 (Cutting of Public Shade Tees: Hearing: Damages), the Town of Hardwick Tree Warden will hold a Public Hearing regarding an application from the East Quabbin Land Trust to remove one public shade tree on Monday, June 19th, 2017 at noon on site. The site is known as the East Quabbin Land Trust Property, on the East side of Ridge Road, between utility pole numbers 5 and 6.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
A complete list of town trees designated for removal, including information about the location, size and species of the affected trees and the reason for work proposed, is available at the Town of Hardwick Municipal Building or the town website at www.townofhardwick.com
