Call Meeting to Order:

1.)  Review and sign Departmental Bills Payable.
2.)  Review and sign minutes of meeting held on November 9th, 2015.
3.)  Review new building permits.

4.)  Executive session: Held under the Provisions of MGL 59 Section 60. Review and sign an Exemptions.

5.)  Any other such business that shall come before the Board.

ASSESSOR'S MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF MGL 30A SECTION 20 PARAGRAPH F.
