The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

15-094 Bilek Builders/Christopher Bilek – Application to install a ground sign located at 22A Homestead Lane.
15-096 Chatham Vacation Rentals/Kimberly Robbins – Application to place a ladder board on the existing ground sign located at 1291 Main Street.
MINOR ALTERATION:
15-093 Sanders, Walsh & Eaten/c/o Marc Belanger –Application to changes to the windows, trim, roofing and sidewall shingles located at 1445 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
15-095 Chatham Inn at 359 Main Street/c/o Jeff Ippoliti –Application to change a window to a door and add steps located at 359 Main Street.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Discussion with Bob Abbott regarding the Community Preservation Committee application for the Mayo House located at 540 Main Street.
Chairman’s appointment of subcommittee to oversee Administrative Approvals by the Community Development Department.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
