6:30pm ANR Applicant- Estate of Doris Olsen and Janet Martini requesting to create new lot “1” on the same side of the street and to the north of 218 Prentiss Street lot where house is located,and grant it to Roger and Elaine Mitchell. Lot “1” will be 27,413 sq ft (0.63 acres) and measure 155’ of frontage on Prentiss St (Eastern boundary of proposed new lot) 177.7’ (southern boundary of new lot), 151.86’ (western boundary of proposed lot) and 179.66’ (northern boundary of proposed lot)

General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 beginning at 6:45 p.m. regarding a Special Permit  request by Donald Matthews of 422 Orange Road, Warwick, MA for property located at 37 Mayo Road, Orange, MA (Map 220, Lot 2) for the addition of one bedroom onto an existing camp which does not meet the rear dimensional setback of 35 feet in Zone D [Orange Zoning Bylaw Sections 2231 and 2330].  The application may be reviewed in the Community Development Office at the Orange Armory during the normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00.

General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 beginning at 7:30 p.m. regarding a Special Permit [Orange Zoning Bylaw Section 2235] request and Site Plan Review by Oak Square Development, LLC, of 119 Braintree Street, Suite 211, Boston, MA,  02134, for property at 445 West River Street (one parcel, identified as assessor’s parcel 235-2) for the installation of a 1264 kilowatt ground-mounted solar array and appurtenances.  The application may be reviewed at the Orange Armory, Community Development Office, during normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00.
