Town Officers’ Meeting to review and discuss (durations approximate):

1.	20 minutes - Town Management Study Committee summary of Special Act language for prospective Town Administrator position (in advance of the October 15, 2018 Special Town Meeting)
2.	45 minutes – budget basics
3.	45 minutes – the new Performance evaluation forms (just revised) – see Personnel Committee webpage at http://www.townofberlin.com/boards-and-committees/personnel-committee/ 
4.	5 minutes – Selectmen’s liaison assignments, open access to collective board, Open Meeting Law, maintenance of meeting minutes
