7:00PM - 344 Randall Rd - Special Permit and Site Plan Approval to allow the construction of a large-scale, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system under Section 320 Table of Principal Use Regulations and Section 590 Large-Scale Ground-Mounted Solar photovoltaic installations in the Berlin Zoning By-law.
8:00PM The Capes of Berlin - Substantial Modification to a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40B of the Massachusetts General Laws the applicant seeks a substantial modification under 760 CMR 56.05(11)(c) to allow requested waivers from Section IV.F of the Town of Berlin Board of Health Regulations relating to required minimum distances for Lot 2 and Lot 3 at 58 South Street owned by Rhodes Construction, Inc., 112 Dudley Road, Berlin, MA, said property shown on Assessors Map 10, Block 19, Lot 0.  Applicant seeks to construct 12 single-family homes, of which three would be affordable, on approximately 6 acres.
