Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Mass. General Laws, as amended, application has been made and information given, for approval of a New Section 12 All Alcohol Restaurant License, for Berlin Hotel Operating, LLC d/b/a Homewood Suites by Hilton, Danielle R. Ducharme, Manager. The premises for said license are described as follows: a four floor hotel, including 47 rooms and 22,175 s.f. on the first floor, 33 rooms and 19, 310 s.f. on the second floor, 35 rooms and 19,758 s.f. on the third floor, and 33 rooms and 19,751 s.f. on the fourth with 14 entrances, 14 exits, 68 seating capacity, 1,094 occupancy number, all as located at 65 River Road, Berlin, MA 01503.

The hearing on the above application will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., in Room 206 of the Berlin Town Offices Building, 23 Linden St., Berlin, MA. All interested parties should plan to attend.
