7pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing June 23, 2020 beginning at 7:00pm regarding a Special Permit request for 119 New Athol Road (Map 115, Lot 3, Deed Ref Book 1912, Page 256) by Aubuchon Realty Company, Inc, 23 West Main Street, Westminster, 01473 and applicant Community Health Center of Franklin County, c/o Thomas Reidy Esq, 6 South East Street, Amherst, MA, 01002 for: use of site as a community health facility, including without limiting, medical and dental offices, for primary care visits, dental visits, behavioral health visits and onsite COVID-19 testing. Special permit is required under zoning bylaw 5300. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, this hearing will be conducted via teleconference.
