Your voice, image may be recorded. ROLL CALL When I call your name please indicate you are present and whether you are having any technical difficulties related to remote access. COUNCIL ROLES In order to schedule meetings and conduct business at those meetings a town board must have a chair elected from among its members at a meeting. Absent the Cultural Council's previous chair who has since moved out of state this meeting was called by council member MJ Stades who has operated as presumptive chair in consultation with other members. In order to continue to operate as chair he must be elected to the position or another member elected instead. Other positions such as a Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, etc. must also be approved by the council.
