The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272. Being Broadcast live 

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make 
comment  must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

VOTE TO ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION 

Executive Session – MGL Ch. 30A, Section 21 #3 - To discuss strategy with respect to litigation (107 Taylors Pond Rd), and the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body;  with a return to open session .

NOTICES OF INTENT:

24 Cedar Street, Richard & Nancy Baumann, SE 10-3425: Continuance of hearing for an NOI for the proposed construction of an addition to single family home, a detached garage and driveway at 24 Cedar Street, Assessors Map 14C parcel 1.  Vote required to continue hearing to Sept 2, 2020. 

74 & 77 Sears Point, Patrick Brogan & Patricia Black, SE 10-3418:  Continuance of  a hearing for an NOI for the proposed construction of new driveway to existing guesthouse; implementation of a Land Management Plan for invasive species control at 74 & 77 Sears Point, Assessors Map 11A parcels 10B & 11. Vote required to continue hearing to September 2, 2020.
