Review minutes from Monday, June 2, 2021, FY21 discussion. Motion to accept by 2nd, all voted in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY21 warrants dated, 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2, 2021.
Ratify Library Expense FY21 warrants dated FY21 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2, 2021.
Ratify Library Utilities FY21 warrants dated FY215/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2, 2021.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street FY21 5/27, 6/10, 6/24, 7/8, 7/22, 8/5, 8/19, 9/2 2021.

Motion to approve to ratify all payments by 2nd, all voted in favor.
Lee Zdanys Jr, is the Senior Adjuster for the town’s insurance, for the damage done to the library building during the major storms this past year. They will cover the interior damage, but not the maintenance of the exterior. Lee mentioned the insurance company has a list of contractors they recommend. Brenda spoke with Kelli, Town Administrator regarding the building damage, with only $4803.68 in our Library Maintenance account, and we paid the $17,500 lease for FY21 from this account.
We need to review our options for a new ADA ramp, it has been suggested a wooden ramp may be less expensive than a concrete and steel railing with brick.
The Friends are planning a dedication to Barbara and Wilfred Steadman with Dana and Becky Steadman and Rudy and Sarah Heller and creating a memorial plaque with a small reception and some fingers foods. Date to be determined in the Spring of 2022. Historical commission, the Board of Selectmen, and Town Administrator will be invited to attend.
The appraisal for the house is $298,604, the town is paying $249,900 to Rudy and Sarah Heller, owners the Common Street property. Purchase of 18 Common Street will be completed by the end of September 2021.
Kate and Brenda are both acknowledged in non-fiction books for assisting with historic research.
