Agenda:
The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided on this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at www.essexma.org. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

7:40 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Laurel Lane LLC to upgrade an existing, failed septic system at 1 Laurel Lane.
7:50 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by David McPherson to restore previously graded portions of the isolated land subject to flooding to its original contours and temporary holding capacity at 194 Southern Ave.
8:00 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Martin & Cheryl Nally to construct a single family home, driveway and septic system at 210 Southern Ave.
8:10 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Essex Historical Society & Shipbuilding Museum to relocate a previously installed but unpermitted 20’x50’ shed at 66 Main St. 
8:20 pm Ccontinued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to construct a 30'x160' storage building partially with 100' Buffer Zone to a wetland area at 73 Eastern Avenue.
