Review, edit minutes from, Monday, October 24, 2016, motion by, 2nd all in favor.
Ratify Library payroll FY17 warrant dated November 3, 2016. Motion by , 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Expense FY17 warrant dated, October 27, 2016. Motion by, 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Book FY17 warrant dated October 21, and November 8, 2016. Motion by 2nd , all in favor.

Carol Plumb has completed her 50 hours for the Senior Tax work-off Program.
Brenda has drafted an Emergency Procedure Policy to be adopted, she will meet with Chief Blanchard on Tuesday, November 15 for review. Draft copies are available for review and discussion during the December Trustee meeting.
MBLC has voted on FY2017 State Aid, and our initial award will be $2675.25.
Brenda is setting up another appointment with architect Phillip Warbass (architect who worked with the Brookfield Congregational Church). To prepare for the Mass. Preservation Grant. Lowest match grant is $7500, and does not include architect fees.
Special Town Meeting is Tuesday, November 15.
Update on scanning to digitize with Creekside Digital.
