New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Public Input Session
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a public input session, scheduled biennially in early autumn.
2. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its March 7, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the land bank’s triennial inspection of the various properties subject to the land bank conservation restrictions (CRs) and agricultural preservation restrictions (APRs)
3. Morning Glory Farm (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its August 1, 2016 meeting, its discussion of a request from owner James Athearn for the installation of a solar array on this property.
