New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Compliance Review
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its March 7, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the land bank’s triennial inspection of the various properties subject to land bank conservation restrictions (CRs) and agricultural preservation restrictions (APRs).
2. Agency Administration: Town Fund Accounting
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the status of the various town funds.
3. Agency Land Management: Summer Use Reports
The Land Bank Commission will review summer use reports, prepared by staff, for the following properties: (1.) Aquinnah Headlands Preserve (Moshup Beach); (2.) Chilmark Pond Preserve; (3.) Great Rock Bight Preserve; (4.) Hillmans Point Preserve; (5.)Wilfrid’s Pond Preserve.
4. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its September 12, 2016 meeting, its discussion of the road association serving this property.
