Information for Meeting of Board of Registrars

- Review/Certify signatures on Referendum Petitions received for Nov 2018 state election to repeal Chapter 134 of the Acts of 2016, an Act Relative to Transgender Anti-Discrimination. Deadline for Town Clerk to receive petitions is 9/22 at 5pm.  Petitions must be certified by a majority of the Board of Registrars no later than October 3 for petitioners to turn into the State Elections Division by October 5. Vote may be taken.
- Review Minutes of previous meetings. Vote may be taken.
- Disclosure forms filed by Jim Yocum Amy McDougall and Bob Huxley with regard to Recall Affidavits and Petitions. 
- update on recall petitions received for recall of Selectman Dumont and  Selectman Prescott. Names on petitions will not be reviewed/certified at this meeting.
- Discuss potential to request the Board of Selectmen to appoint up to 3 temporary registrars to serve until the recall election activities are complete. Vote may be taken.
- Letter of interest from Daryl Eli as potential new Temporary Registrar. Potential disclosure form from Daryl Eli. Vote may be taken.
