V. Old Business 1) Continue Public Hearing (opened 6/28/16) - A special permit and site plan review application by Honey Farms Inc. at 24 East River Street in Orange, MA (Map 110, Lot 60) for the construction of a new 8-pump fuel facility w/ overhead canopy, 4,500 sq.ft. convenience store w/ drive-thru, and 26’x50 single-bay car wash.
