Call Meeting to Order:

1.)	Executive Session – Reason No. 3
To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel; to actually conduct collective bargaining and contract negotiations with non-union personnel.

2.)	Executive Session – Reason No. 7 
To comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements; Mass General Law 59, Section 60 discuss (2) Chapterland Applications and (1) Veterans exemption. 

3.)	Review and approve minutes of the July 31, 2019 meeting.
4.)	Review and approve Departmental Bills Payable.
5.)	Sign Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements for August 2019.
6.)	Assign house number for Parcel 47 – 15A, Colony Rd.
7.)	Other Business
