6:35 PM – Notice Of Intent - Lot 175 Juniper Ave. (Assessors Map 21, Parcel 175). The proposed work is for the construction of a single family home within the Riverfront Outer Riparian Zone. 

6:40 PM – Notice Of Intent –  Lot 1B & 1C High St. (Assessors Map 21, Parcel 119A & 119H). The proposed work is for the construction of two single family homes within the Buffer Zone of a Vegetated Wetland served by a common driveway crossing of the wetlands.

6:45 PM – Request For Determination - Cushing Academy, Cooke Hall (Assessors Map 62, Parcel 1&2). Determination of the proposed work, demolition of Cooke Hall within the Riverfront Area of a perennial stream, requires the filing of a Notice of Intent.
