The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 Public Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Massachusetts Electric Company dba National Grid to replace six existing distribution poles with guy anchors replaced or added as need at Conomo Point Road. 
Conservation Commission legal notices are published: (1) in print in the Gloucester Daily Times (www.gloucestertimes.com); (2) on the newspaper's website, if it has one; and (3) on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Associations' website (http://masspublicnotices.org)
Business:
*Review Certificate of Compliance Requests (if any). 
*Sign documents for hearings closed at the last meeting (if any).
*Approve Minutes from the meeting of June 4, 2019 and June 18, 2019.
*Review mail/emails. 
*Sign payroll and expense sheets. 
*Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
