EXECUTIVE SESSIONS:
• Executive Session under M.G.L. c.30A, §21(A), exemption #3 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding 144 Seekonk Street
At the Conclusion of this Executive Session, the Commission will reconvene into open session for the purpose of entering in to a second executive session.
• Executive Session under M.G.L. c.30A, §21(A), exemption #7 to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general law in order to approve minutes from the 5/8/19 and 6/18/19 Executive Sessions.
At the conclusion of this Executive Session, the Commission will reconvene into open session for the purpose of continuing the business of the meeting.
