We were required to level fund the FY2021 budget due to the shortfalls in free cash and the $400,000 less state aid to the town. It was requested by Board of Selectmen and Advisory Board to use funds from the Library Maintenance Building account to fund the lease for the property. We have a balance of $22,303.68, work on the pulpit window will have to be postponed.

Ratify Library payroll FY20 warrants dated March 18, April 1, 16, 30, May 14 and 28, 2020.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated March 11, 23, April 15, 30, May 14, 28, 2020.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated April 15, 2020 and $32.74 from State Aid.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street March 11, 25 and April 15, May 14, 2020.
Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated March 11, 23, April 15, 30, May 14, 28, 2020.
Motion to approve by 2nd , all in favor voted.
Reopening on Tuesday, June 2, staff 1:00-8:00 p.m. and patrons 3:00 to 7:00 for scheduled pickups curbside, Thursday hours also. Wednesday and Fridays, regular hours with change to noon to meet minimum hours open to public NOON to 4:00 p.m. pickup for patrons, by appointment. Hours open to public 16, (minimum hours is 15 for population size). Not open on Saturdays to start, weekend hours are not required, only evening hours are required for state aid. Curbside will continue through August and will be reevaluated then. No staff contact with patrons will be maintained, PPE’s are available. Cloth masks are available for staff and Trustees.
