Finance:
1.	Review the Final FY14 Expenditures and Receivables reports (unaudited) 
2.	Review the Bank Statements & Bank Reconciliations
3.	Review Directors Expense report 
4.	Review and approve the FY 15 budget
Executive:
1.	Review & discuss the Board’s Dash Board reports for FY14.
2.	Discuss current sector priorities and committees and approve for FY15.
3.	Discuss recognition of retiring Board members: Al Cotton, David McKeehan & Kathy McD.
4.	Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) passed and signed into law July 22, 2014
           Discuss implications & opportunities. (see attached summary)
5.	New grant opportunity in Healthcare, H1-B grant with Mass Bay Community College for the Steward Healthcare System which includes Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer.
Application submitted mid June 2014. (summary attached)
6.	Another new grant opportunity in Healthcare, TAACCCT IV MWCC Health Tracks Consortium, partners include: WIBs in Hamden County, Berkshire County, Franklin Hampshire and North Central and their Community Colleges and Career Centers.

7.	Personal and Home Care Aide training offered free through Executive Office of Elder Affairs at the North Central Career Center in October. (see flyer attached)
8.	We have been recognized as a Best Practice in Manufacturing Training through our 
          WCTF grant by The Governor’s Advanced Manufacturing Academy. (see video)
   9.   Submitted an application for a Disability grant, funded by USDOL through the state over $800,000 for training and support over 3 ½ years, awards announced 10/1/15.
10.	 New National Emergency Grant (NEG) may provide funding opportunity for MWCC’s 
       Advanced Manufacturing Program.
