• Approval of Minutes:
5:10 PM/ Map 43 Lots 3 & 6: a public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of Dennis R. Delaney, Trustee of CaLaWi Realty Trust, for property owned by Fisher Realty Trust located at 140 & 138 Watcha Club Road. . The project consists of the demolition of two structures in the Buffer Zone.
5:35PM/Map 3 Lot 85/SE79-343: public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations, to consider a request for an amendment to an Order of Conditions filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of John and Robin Murray owners of property located at 50 Blackwater Hollow Road. The applicant proposes to move the previously approved location of an addition to an existing single-family dwelling within the Buffer Zone of a bordering vegetated wetland adjacent to Blackwater Brook. All work will take place within the second hundred feet of the Riverfront Area.
