Walk through visits in all the schools
•	Teachers are using new programs 
o	Literacy than Math
•	Educator Evaluation System – Goal setting with a focus on the Turn Around Plan (TAP)
•	Math coach in place
•	Concerned about amount we are asking of teachers and administrators
•	Tiered/Model Instruction – teachers are using data to plan for instruction

District & School Assistance Center (DSAC) 
•	DSAC provides support to schools and districts
•	DSAC and ARRSD discussed the following approaches:
o	Learning Walks – Bruce McDonald (DSAC)
	High School & Middle School add Elementary Schools in the future
	Early November – Critical Thinking – Rigor
	Add to current trained group
o	Feedback Walk Through by DSAC in Riverbend/Sanders 
	Nov. 13, 2014 9:00-11:30 at RB/SS
	Benchmark – Baseline Data at RB/SS from last spring 
	Focal points – Discuss with ELA consultants and share with DSAC
	ELA focus – Let teachers know the date of the visit
o	Coaches Support
	Coaches network – connect with Tracey Martineau (DSAC)
