TOWN OF PETERSHAM
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section
40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. at The Town Office Building, conference room, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability by John A. Baker and Susan A. Foster of 82 Hardwick Road to erect 16 solar panels in a field within the 100-foot buffer zone of vegetated wetlands.
A copy of the Notice may be inspected prior to the hearing at 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
