Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, October 20, 2014. Motion by
Ratify Payroll warrants dated, October 22, and November 5, 2014. Motion by, all in favor.
Ratify Expense warrants dated, none to approve.
Ratify Book expenditure warrants dated, none to approve.
Update from Bill Stendrup, Tree Warden on the process of the removal of the Ash tree and the Norway maple.
Christmas event or dinner out options: Thursday, Dec. 4, Publick House, retirement event the Executive Director of CW/Mars, $15 each. Or E.B. Flatts, or other options.
Update on Historic Documents Committee progress. Members include Ron Couture, Brenda Metterville, Mike Seery, Don Faugno, Karen Trainor.
A draft is in progress of the policies voted and approved by the Board of Trustees over the last 15 years. These policies include, no fine policy, CORI background check accounts, part time employees, and others.
Donations received: The Brookfields’ Lions Club donated $250 for the purchase of large print or books on CD. Elizabeth and Art Jay donated $25. The funds have been deposited in the Library Donation Account, Town of Brookfield.
Brenda has submitted her Notary Public application to the state.

MEMO’s:
MBLC: Gregor Trinkaus-Randall has updated all the public libraries in the state of Massachusetts on the proper procedure to respond in the event of emergencies/disasters. The MBLC has in place a policy of assisting and will provide some funding—up to $25,000 not covered by insurance towards the recovery efforts.
Mass. Library Legislative Breakfast Committee: The Committee is looking for donations of $75 to the breakfast held in the Spring.
Next Trustees meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 8, 6:30 p.m.
