New Business:
1. Hickory Cove Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will meet in joint session with its Edgartown Town Advisory Board to review a draft of this property’s management plan.
2. Edgartown Trail Planning
The Land Bank Commission and its Edgartown Town Advisory Board will discuss a possible trail agreement between the town and the land bank for the Doctor Fisher Road.
3. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading of a proposed amendment to this policy.
4. Agency Administration: 2002 Series A and 2004 Series A Bonds
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its August 4, 2014 meeting, its discussion of possibly refinancing some of its debt.
