Open Meeting

(1) The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at 557 South Barre Road and via Zoom requested by Christal Whelan for a stonewall break at property located on 460 Farrington Road Road, Assessors Map F, Parcel 60. Recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds Book 64348, Page 104. 

All persons who wish to comment submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board or via e-mail: barreboards@townofbarre.com.
	
(2) The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 7:20 p.m. in the Barre Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road and via Zoom requested by Richard Lindsten to amend the Code of the Town of Barre Zoning 140, Town of Barre Zoning Bylaw and the Zoning Map incorporated therein by reference, by changing the zoning district of land on the Northwesterly side of New Braintree Road aka Main Street and the Northeasterly side of Furnace Road aka Wheelwright Road from Limited Business District to become R-15 General Residence District.

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board.

(3)The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 7:35 p.m. in the Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road, 
and via Zoom to amend the Code of the Town of Barre, by adding a new section; 140-36 Accessory Apartments.

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board. 

(4)The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 7:45 p.m. in the Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road, 
or via Zoom to amend the Code of the Town of Barre, by adding a new section; 140-35 Driveways, Common Driveways, and Flexible Frontage. 

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board. 

(5) The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 7:55 p.m. in the Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road, 
or via Zoom to amend the Code of the Town of Barre, by adding a new section; 140-34 Rural Siting Principles.  

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board. 

(6) The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 8:05 p.m. in the Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road, 
or via Zoom to amend the Code of the Town of Barre, by adding a new section; 140-37 Rate of Development Bylaw.  

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board. 
 
(7) The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 
June 1, 2021 at 8:15 p.m. in the Senior Center, 557 South Barre Road, 
or via Zoom to amend the Code of the Town of Barre, by adding a new section; 140-33 Natural Resource Protection Zoning (NRPZ).  

A copy of which is on file with the Planning Board Office. Anyone wishing to comment on this matter should attend the hearing or via Zoom or submit comments in writing prior to the hearing to the Planning Board.
