In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. by Zoom on the Notice of Intent by Greg Waid, Superintendent, Petersham Highway Department, 31 South Street, Petersham, MA 01366 for the replacement of the Quaker Drive Bridge crossing Moccasin Brook in Petersham. MassDOT directed the Town to close the bridge due to structural deficiencies. Repairs will restore stable and reliable crossing.
A copy of the Notice of Intent may be inspected at the Town Office at 3 South Main Street by appointment (978) 724-3353.
