1) In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 4400 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, April 13th, 2021 at 6:45pm regarding a Special Permit 450 West River St, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 235, Lot 11) in Zone A(c) by Freeborn LLC and Sisson Engineering Corp. of 330 Old Wendell Rd, Northfield, MA 01360 and property owner Heywood Realty Corporation, 242 Gardner St, Gardner, MA 01440 for: use of site for manufacturing facility consisting of >10,000 sq ft.
2) Continuance at 6:45pm of hearing begun on March 16th in accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2234 and 5330 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, for Special Permit 450 West River St, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 235, Lot 11) in Zone A(c) by Freeborn LLC and Sisson Engineering Corp. of 330 Old Wendell Rd, Northfield, MA 01360 and property owner Heywood Realty Corporation, 242 Gardner St, Gardner, MA 01440 for: use of site for manufacturing facility consisting of >10,000 sq ft.

Orange, MA 01364 for: modification to add new non load bearing walls for a cannabis kitchen fit out and an addition of prefabricated modular structures for cannabis cultivation.
