General Laws, and Section 2234, 5300 and 5400 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 7:00pm regarding a Special Permit/Site Plan for 114 New Athol Road (Map 115, Lot 10.1) in Zone A(c) by applicant Pete’s Tire Barn Inc 114 New Athol Road, Orange, MA 01362 and owner Tire Barn Realty Trust of 275 East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 for: construction of a building/warehouse addition to the existing distribution facility. Building addition to be constructed in two phases for a total of 112,500 square feet.
