New Business:
1. Agency Administration : 2006 Series A Bond
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft request-for-proposals for a full or partial refunding of this bond, per its Marth 21, 2016 vote.
2. Agency Land Management: Rogers Path
The Land Bank Commission will discuss an application for appeal filed with the West Tisbury Board of Appeals by Scott Bermudes regarding Rogers Path; this matter had been most recently discussed at the Commission’s February 16, 2016 meeting.
3. Farm Pond Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review a March 25, 2016 letter from the Martha’s Vineyard Shellfish Group regarding Phragmites australis on this property.
4. Ramble Trail Preserve (Town of Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss a grant sought by the Martha’s Vineyard Commission to install a permeable reactive barrier (PRB) in certain locations around the Lagoon Pond.
