6:35 PM: Discussion with pertinent building managers and Advisory Finance Committee to review hail damage insurance report and next steps.
7:15 PM: Discussion wth Advisory Finance Committee to review updated Draft 2 of Town Meeting Warrant and any outstanding budget reviews as may be needed.
4. New Business:
RE: Discussion Nichewaug Inn Property Project: Any updates per Ted Carman/Concord Square Planning process and any other updates as available.
RE: Discussion Broadband Project: Review and sign letter to Mass. Broadband Institute (MBI) and request to meet with MBI.
RE: Discussion/Approval vote extension to 6/30/2017 of Highway Department Road Materials/Services Bids for various vendors.
