Ratify Library payroll FY16 warrant dated, April 21, and May 5, 2016. Motion by, 2nd , all in favor.
Ratify Library Expense FY16 warrant dated, April 16. Motion by, 2nd, all in favor,.
Ratify Library Book FY16 warrant dated April 16 and April 27, 2016. Motion by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Article for Warrant for Annual Town Meeting, submitted April 26, 2016.
Deadline to submit articles for the Annual Town Meeting was April 26, 2016. The STM and ATM date has been changed to Friday, June 10.
Brenda has completed an inventory of the Brookfield published, by Merriam and Isaiah Thomas, books stored in the office.
Scholastic (once again) required a legal agreement to not pre-release J. K. Rowling’s new book the cursed Child before the scheduled publication date.
The Massachusetts Board of Library commissioners has released a new guide for Municipal Officials. The guide includes why it matters for a library to stay certified.
Boston Globe article on is your Library a Bestseller? Mass. Circulation rates tell an interesting tale.
We are still waiting on estimates for the pulpit window.
