Timely items for Planning Board consideration
8:00 PM  The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on a proposal to amend the Town of Berlin Zoning By-Laws pursuant to M.G.L. c40 A section 5 to be acted upon at the Annual Town Meeting to be held May 2, 2016. The proposed amendment to the Zoning By-Law would be:
     To create a Senior Residential Development Overlay district (Section 430 Town of Berlin Zoning By-Law) on a 78+/- acre parcel of land located on the westerly side of Highland Street. (Assessors Map 15 Parcel 27). The parcel is owned by Christopher Slade, Trustee of the Ken-Chris Realty Trust. The plan itself is titled "Topographic Site & Concept Plan", prepared by Foresite Engineering, dated 10/9/2009.
     A full copy of the proposed Zoning by-law amendment is on file with the Town Clerk for review during normal Town Clerk office hours or at www.mytowngovernment.org.
