The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
44 Cedar Street, Robert & Kristin Tishman: Proposed installation of forced sewer pipe and connection to municipal sewer at 44 Cedar St, Assessors Map 13C parcel 42. 

49 Black Duck Landing, George & Mildred Siebert, Co- Trustees: Proposed installation of a garden shed on a sono tube foundation at 49 Black Duck Landing, Assessors Map 13B parcel B3.

809 Fox Hill Road, Alec Murray: Proposed placement of 10-ft by 10-ft shed on sono tube foundation for boat storage at 809 Fox Hill Road, Assessors Map 12L parcel M2. Requires a Special Permit
