Call Meeting to Order:

1.) Review and sign minutes of meeting held on 3/21/2016.

2.) Review and sign monthly Real Estate Abatement Registers. 

3.) Review and sign Notice of Commitment for 2016 Motor Vehicle commitment #2. 

4.) Review and sign Departmental Bills payable.

5.) Any other such business that shall come before the Board.

6.) Review and sign Motor Vehicle Abatement Turnover.

7.) Review and sign Application for Recreation Land Classification. 

8.) Review and sign Denial Notice for an abatement.

Executive Session: Held under the provisions of MGL 59 Section 60. Review and sign Real Estate Abatements, and Exemptions.

ASSESSOR'S MEETINGS ARE CONDUCTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF MGL 30A SECTION 20 PARAGRAPH F.
