| Agenda: | TOWN OF SHUTESBURY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - SHUTESBURY PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Shutesbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:30 PM in the Shutesbury Town Hall on the zoning special permit application and waiver requests of Vertex Tower Assets, LLC to construct a Wireless Communication Facility including a 150 foot tall lattice style tower (160'to top of highest appurtenance) on land owned by Historical Enterprises, LLC located on Locks Pond Road, Shutesbury, MA,Tax Assessor's Map 0, Lot 35. The Applicant will conduct a visual demonstration to illustrate the location and height of the proposed facility by means of a balloon raised at and to the height of the proposed facility on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 9 AM to 12 noon, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather the visual demonstration will be rescheduled for the next day and each successive day until weather permits.
