The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Christopher Gibson to install an elevated 3' wide boardwalk with seasonal ramp and float at 102 Apple Street. 
7:45 pm Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Mark Webber to install a septic holding tank at 187 Conomo Point Road.
