III. Approval Not Required (ANR) Plans: Hachey property located off 1386 West Royalston Road(Map 1 Parcel 62)

IV. Public Hearing 7:30pm Major Site Plan Review application for Sunpin Solar Development, LLC for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation, for property located off of Conant Road (Map 55 Parcel 33), continued from April 3, 2019 

V.  Public Hearing 8:15pm Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) Special Permit application, a Flag Lot Special Permit application, and a Definitive Subdivision Plan application for Peter K. Lyman. For proposed creation of 14 new residential building lots under the OSRD provisions of Section 3.16, a new +/- 20- acre lot per the Flag Lot provisions of Section 3.15, and 35.1 acres of land to remain as permanent open space for property located off of Jeanne Drive and Petersham Road (Map 45 Parcels 001 and 129)

Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting (June 6, 2019) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings, continuation of current permit application public hearings and, zoning bylaw amendments discussion; scheduling of the following special meetings: May 7, presentation from Tufts University Student Team on Athol Solar Zoning Assessment Project and May 15, public hearings: a) zoning bylaw amendments for the June 10th Town Meeting (along with review of other relevant warrant articles per Town Charter) and b) The Botanist Marijuana Cultivation and Processing Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit Application.
