The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
18-081	William J. Riley/c/o Richard Bruen – Application to replace two windows on the dwelling located at 19 Bearses Byway.

18-082	David Muto/c/o Kenan Twomey – Application to replace front door unit, four windows and replace siding on the front of the dwelling located at 199 Orleans Road.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION:
18-080	   William J. Riley – Application to replace sidewall and roof shingles on a portion of the dwelling located at 19 Bearses Byway.

PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
Chatham Real Estate/c/o Eastward Companies – Discussion of proposed demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new structure on the property located at 409 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
