Consideration of Mr. Bixby's request that the following questions be submitted to Town Counsel: 1)Do the State Grant Assurances violate FAA Grant Assurance #5 and if so, what are the possible consequences to Chatham? 2) Could a Town Charter amendment provide for a legal resolution to that problem?
2. Consideration of any other suggested changes to the Town Charter from the public.
