The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:  

Portions of Old Queen Anne Rd, Meetinghouse Rd, Duncan Lane, Partridge Path, Mallard Rd, Town of Chatham: Proposed construction of gravity and/or low pressure sewer and appurtenances within the road right-of-way and under existing road surface or in the shoulder along portions of Old Queen Anne Rd, Meetinghouse Rd, Duncan Ln, Partridge Path and Mallard Rd; restoration of road surface within existing paved limits, Various Assessors maps, Various parcels. The applicant has requested a continuance to January 23, 2019.
