Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, June 8, 2015. Motion by.
Ratify Library State Aid warrants dated, June 9 and June 22, 2015 (payroll and expenses) $1313.10. Motion by
Ratify Library Payroll FY16 warrant dated, July 3, 2015. Motion by
Ratify Library Expense warrants dated, June 22, July 13, 2015. Motion by
Ratify Library Book warrant dated, July 13, 2015. Motion by
Tree update: The Ash tree came down Tuesday, June 16. The wood was removed and delivered to Kate and Bill’s home on Thursday, June 18th.
Incident report: An Incident Report was submitted to the Board of Trustees, Broad of Selectmen, and the parents of the 4 year old child injured (broken arm) when she tripped on the disturbed lawn where the tree removal took place. This was then reported to the town’s insurance. Brenda spoke with Mark Howard of Trident Insurance (for town), Tuesday, July 7 regarding the incident. It occurred on Friday, June 26, @7:00 p.m. after the library was closed. Library Custodian Arthur filled in the divots on Sunday, June 28.
Wage Authorizations: Submitted and returned with signatures from the Board of Selectmen. There is still no Personnel Board.
Door Project: Matt Bansfield sent a detailed description of the work to be completed.
Repointing: We still do not have another estimate for the work to be completed on the east side of the building.
Discuss and vote regarding meeting in August.
