(in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975) LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED CALL TO ORDER Approval of the Minutes of June 15, 2015 COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS: Transfer Fee Revenues Revenue for the week ending June 19, 2015: $134, 641.00 Revenue for the week ending June 26, 2015: New Business: 1. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Each of the Town Advisory Boards has now approved the agency budget for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 2015 2. Agency Administration: Remote Participation The Land Bank Commission will discuss the possibility of remote participation for its members 3. Little Field Preserve (Town of West Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will review a June 21, 2015 request from Richard Johnson to include this property, or Square Field, in its March 11, 2013 vote to allow water-temperature monitoring and other data-gathering in the Mill Brook. 4. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its July 14, 2014 meeting, its discussion of the possible disposition of this property. 5. Norton Fields Preserve (Town of Edgartown) The Land Bank Commission will discuss its possible entering into an agreement with abutter Jonathan Meeks for vegetation management. 6. Wapatequa Woods Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs and Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will discuss winter housing for its goat herd.
