Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn, Inc. on behalf of Beach Pebble LLC, for property owned by Beach Pebble Realty Trust located at 30 Beach Pebble Road for permission to demolish an existing single-family dwelling and construct a new house and perform associated site work.
