V. NEW BUSINESS - Open Public Hearings for the follow items: 
1) A special permit and site plan review application by Swift River Bus Company at 504 East River Street in Orange, MA (Map 117, Lot 22) for use of the existing structure for bus storage and light repairs. 
2) A request for modification of existing conditions to a special permit issued to of David Bardsley at 245 Tully Road in Orange, MA (Map 213, Lot 77) for use as a bar, food service, retail and banquet facility.
