Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider an after-the-fact Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sourati Engineering Group on behalf of David S. Ross, Trustee owner of property located at 41 Oak Grove Road. The applicant seeks permission to relocate a driveway, install underground utilities, and perform landscaping and associated site work in the second 100 feet of the Riverfront Area.
5:35PM/ Map 25 Lot 4/Thulin A public meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ena Thulin, owner of property located at 5 Albert’s Pond, for permission to mow and maintain the second fifty feet of the Buffer Zone. To be continued due to lack of a quorum.
