6:30 p.m.	EXECUTIVE SESSION-Town Building Committee and Finance Committee:
	Discuss purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property relative to a possible future site for a public safety facility.
	Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(6) and (7), to review minutes from executive sessions held on 10/16/17, 1/22/18, 1/29/18, 2/6/18, 2/12/18, 2/15/18, 2/26/18, 3/12/18, 3/26/18, and 3/28/18 to determine whether continued non-disclosure is warranted.

	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s April 9, 2018, Open Meeting.
	Review and sign a letter of support for renewal of the Essex Cultural District.
	Review letter from William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth, announcing the award of a 2018 Massachusetts Historical Commission Preservation Award in recognition of the Town Hall/Library renovation project.
	Update concerning the status of pre-existing benches at Conomo Point and vote to authorize the Board of Public Works to accept donations of benches within Memorial Park at that Board’s discretion in the future.
	Consider a request from Neurofibromatosis Northeast to pass over Essex roads during their 8th Annual Coast to the Cure bike event on Saturday, September 8, 2018.
	Consider approving a mutual release relative to the disturbance of a registered property bound of Guerin Realty Trust & Wedgwood Properties, LLC by the Town’s contractor in the past, when the municipal parking facility was constructed. Consider payment of $6,140 to property owner from funds withheld from project contractor. [Subject to final document being available by meeting time.]
	Centennial Grove Rentals:
•	Vote to approve a request to use Centennial Grove from the Friends of the Council on Aging for the annual Senior Barbeque on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, and waive the fee. Sign the application and the parking pass.
•	Vote to approve a request to use Centennial Grove from Selectman David A. Doane for a party on Saturday, June 23, 2018. Sign the application and the parking pass.
•	Vote to approve a request to use Centennial Grove and waive the fee from Essex Elementary School Parents for a retirement party on Friday, June 15, 2018. Sign the application and the parking pass.

	Conomo Point Matters:
•	Vote to approve and sign a Lease Addendum tight Tank Notification for the property at 172 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lots 48 A&B.
•	Vote to remove Laura Couallier from the lease for 172 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lots 48 A&B.
•	Discuss status of attempt to install leach facility on the property at 168 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lot 46, for the benefit of the house at 11 Middle Road, Map 108, Lot 57. Make determination as to whether septic system upgrade efforts to date should cause the lease on Lot 46 to convert to a long-term lease.
•	Approve a request from the Conomo Point Association to approve a building permit to reside the building and replace windows at the boat house at 161 Conomo Point Road.

	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.

LICENSING:
Riversbend Restaurant:  Discussion and vote to issue decisions on an application for an Annual Weekday Entertainment License and an Annual Sunday Entertainment License by Riversbend Restaurant, 35 Dodge Street, plus 2 One-Day Entertainment Licenses and 2 One-Day Wine & Malt Licenses.	

Review paperwork received to date for a Commercial Shellfish Permit Application from Robert Fitzgerald, Jr. and determine whether to grant the permit.

•	Essex County Greenbelt, Shelley Raymond, for use on Thursday, June 7, 2018, between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m., within the confines of the Cox Reservation at 82 Eastern Avenue.

•	Public Forum regarding the proposed acquisition of 55 Main Street, April 24, 2018, 7:00 p.m., in the cafetorium at the Essex Elementary School, Story Street.
•	Coastal Resilience Grant Public Workshop highlighting the inter-relatedness of emergency planning and coastal resilience planning, April 25, 6:00 to 8:30 p.m., Essex Town Hall.
•	The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, May 7, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the Teachers’ Conference Room in the Essex Elementary School, Story Street.
